逃避（上徒刀反集訓云亡也去也說文云竄也切韻走避也從辵兆聲辵丑略反亦作[迍-〦+山]字下毘義反韻集藏也違也又去也迴也孝經曾子避席注云起荅也）。

Flee and avoid (逃避: the first character is [pronounced] 徒刀 [táo]; the Jixun says: "To flee; to leave." The Shuowen says: "To hide away." The Qieyun says: "To run away and avoid. It is composed of 辵 with 兆 phonetic; 辵 is [pronounced] 丑略 [chuò]." It is also written as the character [迍-〦+山]. The second character is [pronounced] 毘義 [bì]; the Yunji says: "To conceal; to oppose; also to leave; to turn away." The Classic of Filial Piety says: "Master Zeng vacated his mat"; the commentary says: "He arose to respond").
