拓頰(上他洛反集略云手拓物也下古叶反切韻面頰也案拓頰與搘頤義同也頰籀文又作𩠣古字也)。

Propping the cheek (拓頰: the first character is [pronounced] 他洛 [tuò]; the Jilüe says: "Supporting an object with the hand." The second character is [pronounced] 古叶 [jiá]; the Qieyun says: "The cheeks of the face." In my opinion, propping the cheek (拓頰) has the same meaning as resting the chin on one's hand (搘頤). In the Zhou dynasty script, 頰 is also written as 𩠣, an ancient character).
