顦顇（上齊遙反下情遂反考聲云顦顇瘦惡蒼頡篇作憔悴云愁憂也毛詩從言作譙誶班固從疒作癄瘁漢武帝李夫人賦從女作嫶𡝵左傳從草作蕉萃諸書無定一體今經文多作顦顇）。

顦顇 (the first character is q[í] + y[áo] fanqie; the second is q[íng] + su[ì] fanqie; the Kaosheng says: "顦顇 means emaciated and sickly." The Cangjie pian writes it 憔悴, meaning "grief and sorrow." The Mao Shi uses the speech radical, writing 譙誶. Ban Gu uses the sickness radical, writing 癄瘁. Emperor Wu of Han's 'Rhapsody on Lady Li' uses the female radical, writing 嫶𡝵. The Zuo zhuan uses the grass radical, writing 蕉萃. Across various texts there is no fixed single graph; the present scripture text mostly writes 顦顇).
