旃茶羅（上諸延反梵語或云旃陀羅此云殺人謂屠殺者種類總名也亦云嚴熾惡業西域法其人若行自持標幟或搖鈴或杖破頭之竹若不然者王與之罪）。

旃茶羅 (The first character has the fanqie 諸延 [zhān]. Sanskrit: sometimes called 旃陀羅 [cāṇḍāla]. Here it is translated as 'manslayer', which is the general designation for the class of butchers. It is also explained as 'ferocious bad karma'.
