佇立（上直呂反切韻云久立也又作泞爾雅作宁釋宮云門屏之間謂之宁郭注云人君視朝所宁立處也）。

Standing for a long time (佇立: the upper character has the fanqie 直呂; the Qieyun says it means to stand for a long time; also written as 泞; the Erya writes it as 宁; the "Shigong" chapter says, "Between the gate and the screen is called ning [宁]"; Guo's commentary says, "The place where the lord of men pauses and stands when inspecting the court").
