耕墾（上古莖反周書云神農時天雨粟神農耕而種之下康佷反蒼頡篇云墾耕種也字從土墾聲也貇坤穩反也）。

Plowing and reclaiming land (耕墾: the upper character has the fanqie 古莖; the Zhoushu says that in the time of Shennong, heaven rained grain, and Shennong plowed and planted it; the lower character has the fanqie 康佷; the Cangjiepian says that 墾 means to plow and cultivate; the character is derived from 土 with 墾 as phonetic; 貇 has the fanqie 坤穩).
