【彌戾車】興福曰：「惡見也。」資中曰：「應是邊邪不正見，死墮邊地下賤也。」長水曰：「此樂垢穢人，亦名蔑戾車、彌離車。」

[Mleccha] Xingfu says: "Evil views." Zizhong says: "It must be borderland, crooked, incorrect views; at death one falls among the lowly of the borderlands." Changshui says: "These are people who delight in defilement, also called mleccha or miliche."
