【杜嚕】此云熏陸。《南洲異物志》云：「狀如桃膠。」《西域記》云：「南印度阿吒釐國，熏陸香樹，葉似棠梨。亦出胡椒樹，樹葉若蜀椒也。」《南方草物狀》曰：「出大秦國，樹生沙中，盛夏樹膠流沙上。」

[Duru]: Translated here as frankincense (xunlu). The Nanzhou yiwu zhi says: "It is shaped like peach resin." The Xiyu ji says: "In the kingdom of Aṭali in South India, the frankincense tree has leaves resembling the birchleaf pear. It also produces the black pepper tree, whose leaves resemble Sichuan pepper." The Nanfang caowu zhuang says: "Produced in Da Qin; the trees grow in the sand, and at the height of summer, the tree resin flows onto the sand."
