【鷄舌】五馬洲出，《南洲異物誌》曰：「是草萎可合香箋。外國胡人說：『眾香共是一木，華為鷄舌香。』」

[Clove (jīshé)] Produced in Wumazhou. The Nanzhou yiwu zhi states: 'When this herb withers, it can be blended into aromatic slips. Foreigners from the western regions say: "Various aromatics come from a single tree, and the flowers are clove aromatics."'
