【甄叔迦】此云赤色寶。《西域傳》：「有甄叔迦樹，其華色赤，形大如手。此寶色似此華，因名之。」慈恩《上生經疏》云：「甄叔迦，狀如延珪，似赤琉璃。」

[Kiṃśuka] Here translated as red-colored gem. The Xiyu zhuan states: 'There is a kiṃśuka tree whose flowers are red in color and as large as a hand. This gem resembles this flower in color, hence it is named after it.' Ci'en's Shangsheng jing shu states: 'The kiṃśuka is shaped like an extended jade tablet, resembling red lapis lazuli.'
