【亟縛屣】或名革屣，此云靴。佛昔於阿軬茶國，聽著亟縛屣（所綺）。《說文》：「皮作曰履，麻作曰屨（音句）。」

[Upānah]: Also called leather shoes; here translated as boots. When the Buddha was formerly in the country of Avanti, he permitted the wearing of upānah. The Shuowen says: 'Those made of leather are called lü; those made of hemp are called ju.'
