6.14

煩惱菩提體元一矣，涅槃生死見有二焉。若知如實性、了幻化相，以施慈慧，治貪嗔癡，故《大集》云：「遠離一切諸煩惱，清淨無垢猶真實，其心則作大光明，是名寶炬陀羅尼。」

The essences of affliction and bodhi are originally one; nirvāṇa and saṃsāra are seen as two. If one knows their true nature and comprehends their illusory, transformative aspects, one gives rise to benevolence and wisdom to cure greed, anger, and delusion. Therefore, the Mahāsaṃnipāta Sūtra says: "Departing far from all afflictions, pure and stainless like the real truth, the mind then creates great illumination; this is called the Jewel Torch Dhāraṇī."
