【軍遲】此云瓶。《寄歸傳》云：「軍持有二：若甆瓦者，是淨用；若銅鐵者，是觸用。」《西域記》云：「捃稚迦，即澡瓶也。舊云軍持，訛略也。西域尼畜軍持，僧畜澡灌，謂雙口澡灌。」《事鈔》云：「應法澡灌。」《資持》云：「謂一斗已下。」

【Kuṇḍikā】 Here translated as vase. The *Nanhai jigui zhuan* says: "There are two kinds of *kuṇḍikā*: porcelain or earthenware ones are for clean use; copper or iron ones are for unclean use." The *Xiyu ji* says: "*Kuṇḍikā* is a water vase for washing. The old term *junchi* (軍持) was an erroneous abbreviation. In the Western Regions, nuns keep a *kuṇḍikā*, while monks keep a washing vase, meaning a double-spouted washing vase." The *Shishi chao* says: "A canonical washing vase." The *Zichi* says: "Meaning one tou or less."
