沙門釋惠常。戒軌嚴峻慧善毘尼。共曇摩特竺佛念等。以符秦建元四年歲次壬申。於長安譯比丘尼大戒（一卷）。

The śramaṇa Shi Huichang had strict discipline and decorum and was skilled and wise in the vinaya. Together with Tanmote, Zhu Fonian, and others, in the fourth year of the Jianyuan reign of Fu Qin, the year renshen, he translated the *Great Precepts for Bhikṣuṇīs* (one fascicle) in Chang'an.
