自文帝開皇元年辛丑。至恭帝義寧二年戊寅。相承三帝三十八年。緇素九人所出經論及傳錄等。總六十四部三百一卷（於中六十二部二百八十七卷見在二部一十四卷闕本）。

From the first year of the Kaihuang reign-era of Emperor Wen (xinchou [581 CE]) to the second year of the Yining reign-era of Emperor Gong (wuyin [618 CE]), spanning three emperors over thirty-eight years, nine members of the clergy and laity produced sūtras, śāstras, and catalogues of transmissions, totalling sixty-four works in three hundred and one fascicles (among them, sixty-two works in two hundred and eighty-seven fascicles are extant, and two works in fourteen fascicles are lost texts).
