至五月十三日改太極元年為延和元年。並大赦天下。七月二十五日制傳位皇太子。八月二日皇太子即位。上尊號曰太上皇。四日太上皇勅。自稱曰朕。處分事曰誥。皇帝自稱曰予。處分事曰制勅。五日改為先天元年。歲仍王子。二年癸丑三藏義淨臥疾。不愈欲歸齊州正月六日。

On the thirteenth day of the fifth month, the first year of Taiji was changed to the first year of Yanhe, and a general amnesty was granted to the empire. On the twenty-fifth day of the seventh month, an imperial decree transferred the throne to the Crown Prince. On the second day of the eighth month, the Crown Prince ascended the throne, presenting the honorable title of Retired Emperor [to Ruizong].
