14.14

皇慈乃𰦀渥澤累霑。降五僧紫泥封。雲隨髮落下千人天飯器香任風吹。況塔額親題。佳諸伊洛龍門之下。更攢崛起之峯月輪之間。恒聚冲飛之雁。無任戴荷屏營之至。謹附監使李憲誠表陳謝以聞。謹言。

The imperial benevolence has been abundant, its moistening favor repeatedly soaked in. Five monks were granted [ordination] under the purple mud seal; like clouds, [their locks] fell with their hair; a meal for a thousand people was bestowed, the fragrance of the heavenly vessels wafted wherever the wind blew. Moreover, the stupa placard was personally inscribed, resting auspiciously below Longmen along the Yi and Luo rivers; there, rising peaks are further clustered, and within the moon disc, soaring wild geese constantly gather. Incapable of bearing the utmost gratitude and trembling veneration, I respectfully append this memorial through the Supervising Commissioner Li Xiancheng to express my thanks and bring this to [Your Majesty's] hearing.
