始從道武帝皇始元年景申（即東晉太元二十一年也）終梁魏孝靖帝武定八年庚午。凡一十三帝一百五十五年（五帝都恒安至孝文帝大和十八年南遷七帝都洛陽二主都鄴）。

Beginning from the first year of the Huangshi era of Emperor Daowu, a bingshen year (which was the twenty-first year of the Taiyuan era of the Eastern Jin), and ending in the eighth year of the Wuding era of Emperor Xiaojing of the Liang-Wei, a gengwu year. In all, thirteen emperors and 155 years (five emperors had their capital at Heng'an; in the eighteenth year of the Taihe era of Emperor Xiaowen, they moved south; seven emperors had their capital at Luoyang; and two rulers had their capital at Ye).
