Śramaṇa Shi Faju. His clan name and lineage are also unknown. His character and capacity stood high and lofty, and he cherished travelling and teaching. During the era of Emperor Hui, he initially translated scriptures together with Fali. After Fali passed away, Faju then personally translated 40 works of scriptures such as the Youtian wang jing. Furthermore, Fei Changfang and other catalogues have various other scriptures, all claiming they were translated by Faju. At present, because these are all extracted sutras and were mistakenly entered by the cataloguers, they are now all deleted, as explained below:
Shi feishi jing (Also simply called Shi jing; based on the colophon of the scripture, it was not translated by Faju, as detailed below)

Weitixizi yueye wen furen jing (Or has 'tianren' [deva]; extracted from the Dīrgha-āgama)
Fuxing jing; Edao jing (Also called Eyi jing; the variant eyi must be an error; the catalogue's entry of both edao and eyi together is incorrect)
