以或本書寫訖追可比校證本（矣）。

元文四年歲次己未七月二十二日命岡本
深慶令修補了　權僧正　賢　　賀。
文政三年庚辰十一月中旬以東寺觀智院
本令書寫之。
台嶽已講權僧正　真　　超。

On the ninth day of the fourth month in the fourth (yihai) year of Enbun, at the monks' quarters of the West Precinct of Tō-ji, the transcription was completed based on an exemplar, to be subsequently collated and verified against an authentic copy.

On the twenty-second day of the seventh month in the fourth year of Genbun, cyclical year jiwei, Okamoto Shinkei was ordered to repair and restore it.

In the middle of the eleventh month in the third (gengchen) year of Bunsei, this was ordered to be copied based on the exemplar from Kanchi-in of Tō-ji.
