"Furthermore, bodhisattvas of faith patience—namely, those who practice within the wholesome, penetrative, and luminous [stages]—sever the fetters of the afflictions of form in the three realms. They can convert [beings] in hundreds of buddha lands, thousands of buddha lands, and tens of thousands of buddha lands, manifesting hundreds of bodies, thousands of bodies, and tens of thousands of bodies, possessing immeasurable supernormal powers and merits. They consistently take fifteen minds as foremost: the four means of embrace, the four immeasurables, the four great vows, and the three doors to liberation. Such bodhisattvas, from the wholesome stage up to sarvajñā, take these fifteen minds as the fundamental seed of all practices.
