1.57

「善男子！菩薩摩訶薩住無分別，無彼此相，無自他相，常行化利無化利相。是故應知，愚夫垢識，染著虛妄為相所縛；菩薩照見，知如幻士，無有體相但如空花，是為菩薩摩訶薩住利自他如實觀察。」

"Good son! Bodhisattvas mahāsattvas abide without conceptual discrimination, without characteristics of this or that, without characteristics of self and other, always practicing transformation and benefit without the characteristics of transformation and benefit. Therefore one should know: the defiled consciousness of foolish people is attached to falsehood and bound by characteristics; bodhisattvas illuminate and see, knowing them to be like illusory beings, without substantial characteristics, but like flowers in the sky. This is how bodhisattvas mahāsattvas, abiding in benefiting self and other, contemplate in accordance with reality."
