「大王！過去復有五千國王常誦此經，現生獲報；汝等十六諸大國王，修護國法，應當如是受持、讀誦、解說此經；若未來世諸國王等，為欲護國護自身者，亦應如是受持、讀誦、解說此經。」

"Great King! In the past there were also five thousand kings who constantly recited this sūtra and obtained recompense in their present lives. You sixteen great kings, in cultivating the method for protecting the state, should likewise receive, uphold, read, recite, and explain this sūtra. If the kings of various realms in future ages wish to protect their states and protect their own persons, they should also likewise receive, uphold, read, recite, and explain this sūtra."
