「大王！般若波羅蜜多所有功德，猶如虛空不可測量，若有受持、讀誦之者，所獲功德，能護仁王及諸眾生，猶如垣牆，亦如城壁，是故汝等應當受持。」

"Great King! All the merits of Prajñāpāramitā are immeasurable, like empty space. If anyone receives, upholds, reads, and recites it, the merit obtained will be able to protect humane kings and all sentient beings, just like an enclosing wall, or like a city rampart. Therefore, you should all receive and uphold it."
