須菩提。若有人以滿無量阿僧祇世界七寶持用布施。若有善男子善女人發菩提心者。持於此經乃至四句偈等。受持讀誦為人演說其福勝彼。云何為人演說。不取於相如如不動。何以故。一切有為法。如夢幻泡影。如露亦如電。應作如是觀。

"Subhūti, if someone took the seven jewels filling immeasurable asaṃkhyeya worlds and gave them in charity; and if there were a good man or good woman who generated the bodhimind and took from this sūtra even a four-line verse and the like, accepted, upheld, read, recited, and expounded it for others, their merit would surpass the former. How should one expound it for others? Without grasping onto marks, like tathatā, unmoving. Why is this? All conditioned dharmas / are like dreams, phantoms, bubbles, shadows, / like dew and like lightning; / one should contemplate them thus."
