1.30

忍心如幻夢　辱境若龜毛
常能修此觀　逢難轉堅牢
無非亦無是　無下亦無高
欲滅貪瞋賊　須行智慧刀

The patient mind is like an illusion or a dream;
The circumstance of insult is like a hare's horn or turtle's hair.
If one can constantly cultivate this contemplation,
Upon encountering hardship one becomes all the firmer.
There is neither wrong nor right;
There is neither low nor high.
If you wish to extinguish the thieves of greed and anger,
You must wield the sword of wisdom.
