經。如來悉知　演曰。大文第二明佛能知。一則數多。二心法難見。佛智明了悉能知之。

Sūtra: “the Tathāgata fully knows them all.”
Exposition: The second major division clarifies that the Buddha is able to know. First, their number is great; second, mental phenomena are difficult to see; yet the Buddha's knowledge is lucid and fully knows them all.
