經。佛言須菩提至則是如來　演曰。第三質由轉輪王亦具相故。彼論頌云。

Sūtra: The Buddha said: "Subhūti, [...] then he would be a Tathāgata." / Commentary: The third part is the interrogation, because a wheel-turning king also possesses the marks. The verse in that treatise says:
