2.219

經。發阿耨多羅三藐三菩提心者　演曰。此論第三何人無分別。此簡凡夫外道二乘有學我法二見俱是實有。二乘無學雖無我見法見未亡不能悟入二空之理。唯菩薩者有勝智能欲趣大覺斷二障故。

Sūtra: 'One who gives rise to the mind of anuttarā samyaksaṃbodhi.' The Exposition states: The third part of this treatise: what person is free of conceptualization? This sets apart ordinary people, non-Buddhists, and the trainees of the two vehicles, for whom the two views of self and dharmas are both really existent; and the non-trainees of the two vehicles, who, although free of the view of self, have not yet eliminated the view of dharmas and cannot awaken to and enter the principle of the two emptinesses. Only bodhisattvas have superior wisdom and energy, wishing to proceed toward great awakening and sever the two obstacles.
