2.58

言假名者即是我相。眾生我相但假名故。言陰事者即是法相。五陰體事為法相故。由佛證實故。說二無無我相故。說一切相即是非相無法相故。一切眾生即非眾生。如此釋經順論意故。

As for “nominal designations,” they are the mark of a self, because the mark of a self in sentient beings is merely a nominal designation. As for “aggregate-matters,” they are the mark of phenomena, because the substantial entities of the five aggregates constitute the mark of phenomena. Because the Buddha has realized reality, he speaks of the two absences: because there is no mark of a self, he says that all marks are non-marks; because there is no mark of phenomena, all sentient beings are not sentient beings. Explaining the sūtra like this accords with the intention of the treatise.
