經。若是經典所在之處即為有佛若尊重弟子　第三雙釋也。今言經典所在之處者。義含說經人及說經處。以處及人皆所依故。即為有佛者。為顯說經處開示法身如塔廟故。若尊重弟子者。為敬持經人如弟子重佛相似也。故魏本云尊重似佛也。

[Sūtra:] "'And wherever this scripture is located, there is the Buddha, or a revered disciple.'"
This is the third [part], explaining both. Now, "wherever this scripture is located" in meaning includes both the person who speaks the sūtra and the place where the sūtra is spoken, because both the place and the person are what is relied upon. "There is the Buddha" serves to show that the place where the sūtra is spoken reveals the dharmakāya, just like a stūpa. "Or a revered disciple" serves to show that the person who upholds the sūtra is revered just as disciples revere the Buddha. Therefore the Wei translation says: "revered like the Buddha".
