1.47

經。佛告須菩提莫作是說　第二如來正答也。文中有二。先呵後教。此初呵也。所以呵者止其疑耳。

[Sūtra:] "The Buddha told Subhūti: 'Do not speak thus:'" The second part is the Tathāgata's correct answer. In the text there are two parts: first, a rebuke; second, instruction. This is the first part, the rebuke. The reason for rebuking him is to halt his doubt.
