經。何以故　第三徵也。豈得如來都不說耶。是故論云。有人謗言如來一向不說法故。

[Sūtra:] "Why is this?" The third is the inquiry: Could it be that the Tathāgata does not preach at all? Therefore the treatise says: "Some people slander [him], saying that the Tathāgata never preaches the Dharma at all."
