經。此等眾生至流轉無期　五殃神長劫。謂諸破戒及謗法等。以惡業故。應於地獄受苦無窮。

Sūtra: “These sentient beings ... shall transmigrate without an end.” / Fifth, calamity extending through long kalpas: this means that those who break the precepts, slander the Dharma, and so on, on account of their evil karma, ought to undergo boundless suffering in the hells.
