經。此等眾生至如割身肉　二辯瞋恚設不獲已而行施時。謂諸有力強逼令施如割身肉深生痛惜。

Sūtra: 'When these living beings...' to '...like cutting the flesh of one's own body.' Second, discerning anger: Even when doing so out of necessity and practicing giving, meaning when forced and coerced to give by the powerful, it is like cutting the flesh of one's own body, giving rise to deep grief and begrudging.
