經。救脫至重病　二救脫答文分為二。一明脫病。二明除難就初文中文分為六。一脫苦。二持齋。三修功。四造像。五續明。六造幡。此則初也。

Sūtra: 'Trāṇamukta... grave illness.' Section 2: Trāṇamukta answers. The text has two parts: 1. Clarifying deliverance from illness; 2. Clarifying the removal of difficulties. Under the first, the text has six parts: 1. Delivering from suffering; 2. Upholding the fast; 3. Cultivating merits; 4. Making images; 5. Continuing the lamps; 6. Making banners. This is the first.
