經。時灌頂至即得安隱　五肅清役勵文分為四。一除他方反逆難。二除非時風雲難。三除人民疾疫難。四除惡星變怪難。此則初也。其王境界即得安隱者。明他方侵逼難自界反逆難得除之相。

Sūtra: “Then the anointed […] forthwith attains peace and security.” / Fifth, the purging of plagues and afflictions. The text is divided into four parts: first, eliminating the calamity of foreign invasion and domestic rebellion; second, eliminating the calamity of unseasonable wind and clouds; third, eliminating the calamity of epidemic disease among the people; fourth, eliminating the calamity of ominous portents from evil stars. This is the first part. “That king’s realm forthwith attains peace and security” clarifies the characteristics of eliminating the calamity of foreign incursions and oppression, and the calamity of rebellion within his own realm.
