爾時彼諸菩薩以下大段第八段。明此諸菩薩得法情欣。香華供養禮拜表其慶情也。

From "At that time, those bodhisattvas..." downward is the eighth major section, which clarifies that these bodhisattvas rejoiced upon attaining the Dharma, making offerings of incense and flowers and paying homage to express their celebratory feelings.
