1.38

「此相現時，行者歡喜，讚偈遶塔。滿七匝已，多寶如來出大音聲讚言：『法子！汝今真實能行大乘，隨順普賢眼根懺悔。以是因緣，我至汝所為汝證明。』說是語已，讚言：『善哉善哉！釋迦牟尼佛能說大法、雨大法雨，成就濁惡諸眾生等。』

“When this sign appears, the practitioner rejoices, praises him in verse, and circumambulates the stūpa. When he has completed seven circumambulations, Prabhūtaratna Tathāgata emits a great voice, praising him: ‘Dharma-child! You now truly can practice the Mahāyāna and follow Samantabhadra's repentance of the eye faculty. Due to these causes and conditions, I have come to your place to bear witness for you.’ Having spoken these words, he praises: ‘Excellent, excellent! Śākyamuni Buddha is able to preach the Great Dharma, rain down the rain of the Great Dharma, and bring to fulfillment the turbid and evil living beings!’
