佛告阿難：「於未來世，若有修習如此懺悔法，當知此人著慚愧服、諸佛護助，不久當成阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。」
The Buddha told Ānanda: "In future ages, if there is anyone who cultivates and practices such a repentance method, you should know that this person wears the robes of shame and remorse, is protected and aided by all the Buddhas, and will before long attain anuttarā-samyak-saṃbodhi."
