乾闥婆　此云香蔭。肇曰。天樂神也。居地上寶山中天須樂時。此神體上有異相現。然後上也。

"Gandharvas." Here this is translated as 'fragrance-eaters'. Sengzhao says: "They are the celestial music spirits. They reside among the jeweled mountains upon the earth; when the devas require music, extraordinary signs appear upon the bodies of these spirits, and only then do they ascend [to heaven]."
