緊那羅 肇曰。秦言人非人。其形似人而頭上有一角。遂稱為人非人。亦天樂神小不如乾闥婆。
"Kiṃnaras." Sengzhao says: "In the language of Qin, this means 'human yet not human'. Their form resembles that of a human, but with a single horn upon their head; hence they came to be called 'human yet not human'. They are also celestial music spirits, slightly inferior to the gandharvas."
