稽首能度諸世間。稽首永離生死道　此明自度結。即能度諸世間離生死也。

"I bow my head to the one who can deliver all the worlds; / I bow my head to the one who has forever transcended the path of birth and death." This clarifies that having delivered himself from the fetters, he is then able to deliver all the worlds and transcend birth and death.
