諸仁者。欲得佛身斷一切眾生病者。當發阿耨多羅三藐三菩提心　此四結勸起悲願也。肇曰。發無上心豈唯自除病亦濟群生病。

"Virtuous sirs, if you wish to attain the Buddha's body and cut off the illnesses of all sentient beings, you should arouse the mind of anuttarā-samyak-saṃbodhi." This is the fourth part, concluding the exhortation by giving rise to compassionate vows. Sengzhao states: "Arousing the supreme mind not only eliminates one's own sickness, but also delivers sentient beings from their sicknesses."
