當了眾生根有利鈍　此第二為物故說無名相中假名相說。文三。此初了根利鈍隨病而化。

"One should understand whether the faculties of sentient beings are sharp or dull." This is the second part, preaching for the sake of beings, speaking with provisional names and marks amidst that which has no name or mark. The text has three parts. This first part is understanding whether faculties are sharp or dull to transform them according to their ailments.
