為大醫王善療眾病。應病與藥令得服行　二明所以應生非己業繫。但為利他作醫王耳。肇曰。法藥善療喻醫王也。

"Becoming great king of physicians, skillfully curing all illnesses, providing medicines according to ailments and making them take and apply them." The second [part] explains that the reason they manifest birth is not because of their own karmic bonds; they simply act as king of physicians to benefit others. Sengzhao says: "Skillfully curing with Dharma medicine is compared to a king of physicians."
