我答言。自捨如來未有聲聞及菩薩能制其樂說之辨。其智慧明達為若此也　二歎伏也。自佛已還無能制。其大乘妙辨況我持律哉。

"I answered: 'Apart from the Tathāgata, there is as yet no voice-hearer or bodhisattva capable of restraining his eloquence in joyful discourse. His wisdom and perspicacity are such as this.'" / Second, praising and submitting: From the Buddha on down, none can restrain him; so how could I, a keeper of the Vinaya, compare to his wondrous Mahāyāna eloquence?
