以無諍法起空閑處　法性平等名為無淨棲心。此理是住空閑。肇曰。忿競生乎。眾聚無諍出乎空閑。

"Arousing a quiet and secluded place through the dharma of non-disputation." The equality of dharmatā is termed non-disputation; resting the mind in this principle is dwelling in quiet seclusion. Zhao says: Resentment and conflict arise in gatherings of the multitude; non-disputation comes from quiet seclusion.
