天曰。皆已世俗文字數故說有三世。非謂菩提有去來今　三約理答。肇曰。世俗言數有三世得耳。非菩提。第一真道有去來今。

The goddess said: "It is only on account of conventional worldly numbers of words and letters that the three periods of time are spoken of, not that bodhi has past, future, or present." Third, answering in terms of principle. Zhao says: "It is only worldly words and numbers that speak of attainment across the three times; it is not that bodhi, the supreme true path, has past, future, or present."
