天曰。諸佛菩薩亦復如是　無所得故而得　三況大。謂諸佛菩薩悟本無所得故而得　爾時維摩詰。語舍利弗。是天女以曾供養九十二億佛已。能遊戲菩薩神通。所願具足得無生忍住不退轉。以本願故隨意能現教化眾生　此七淨名述其悲願現生。肇曰。上但即言生論未知其道深淺。淨名傍顯其實。以生眾會敬信之情也。

The goddess said: "The Buddhas and bodhisattvas are also like this: because there is nothing to attain, they attain it." Third, illustrating the great. This means that the Buddhas and bodhisattvas, realizing that originally there is nothing to attain, thereby attain it. At that time, Vimalakīrti said to Śāriputra: "This goddess has already made offerings to ninety-two koṭis of Buddhas; she is able to sport in the bodhisattva's spiritual powers, has fulfilled all her vows, has attained the forbearance of the non-arising of dharmas, and abides in non-retrogression. In accordance with her original vows, she can manifest at will to teach and transform sentient beings." This seventh part is Jingming recounting her compassionate vows and manifested births. Zhao says: "Above, the discussion merely touched upon birth without knowing the depth of her path. Jingming reveals her reality from the side, in order to give rise to reverence and faith in the assembled multitude."
